• Within 14 days of receiving your goods
• You then have 14 more days to return the item

To qualify for a refund:

- Items must be unused, with tags still attached
- Items must be returned in their original packaging
- You are responsible for the return postage costs, unless the item is faulty or incorrect

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item:

• Refunds will be processed within 7 days
• We’ll refund the item cost and standard delivery charges.
• Refunds are issued to your original payment method
